Days/Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST

Base Pay:  Starting at $36,000 / Year Salary with bonus and upside for exceptional performance

Job Description:  

• Communicate with in-bound customers via live chat, e-mail, and phone
• Guide and assist domestic and international customers with the purchase of their products and the logo-decoration service
• Recommend products, decoration methods, top sellers and answer product related questions to help customers solve their problem – getting high-quality goods fast and easy.
• Document customer notes timely and accurately in Merchology’s CRM system, Hubspot
• Assist customers with the creation of their orders – virtual shopping carts
• Assist customers with other pre-sale materials to help them purchase - price quotes, samples, product mock-ups
• Follow-up with customers after initial assistance
• Responsive and helpful with customers needing quick answers
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job

Job Requirements:

• Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Must be friendly, empathetic and willing to help others – both customers and team members
• Must have a positive attitude and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows PC environment. Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, various applications within Google chrome
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service preferred
• 2 Year Associates Degree, 4 Year Bachelors Degree preferred
• Fluent in English or Spanish
