Custom Hangtags and Labels

Want your company's branding to take the lead when it comes to hangtags and labels? Simply provide art production files with the correct size measurement of the logo and our Order Graphics department can help make it happen! Pantone names and color IDs for color standards must also be provided to ensure we get the exact shade you want.

Custom Logos

Just provide our team with art production files featuring the correct size measurement of the logo, as well as, Pantone names and color IDs for color standards of the logo, and we'll make sure it's featured prominently on your order.

We ask that customers provide their requested spec with the size grade rule, and we'll deliver those specs to our factory for a fully custom size.

With PMS color matching, you can select a Pantone color of your choice to make sure your logo decoration perfectly matches your brand colors, and you can also hand pick the colors of your custom apparel! No more worrying about clashing custom decorations or products that don't match your logo. You designed your company colors for a reason, and your corporate apparel and merch should reflect your unique brand!

 

Minimums to Create SMU Products

• Zusa Product Custom Color → 1,200 units/color
• Zusa Product Custom Style → 3,600 units total
  
  
• Custom Product Color → 1,200 units/color
• Custom Product Style → 4,800 units total
  
  Important Note: Cannot mix and match styles to meet the style minimum. Men's and Women's separate styles.

Minimum Order Value

• Customized Zusa Products → $50,000
• Custom Products → $100,000

Production Lead Times 

Custom Zusa products generally have a 120-day lead time (with lead times that can be as low as 90 days) from point of order to in-hands delivery.

Completely custom products from the Merchology Product Design Studio generally have a 180-day lead time with a minimum of as low as 150 days lead time depending upon the style.

Once samples, artwork, etc. is approved, an in-hands date will be provided. Plan ahead for the holidays, trade shows, or corporate events and start thinking about your team's custom apparel today! 

Case Quantities in Order

Orders need to be in even case quantities of 36 items per size and color.
