To succeed in this industry or any industry, you must become comfortable with embracing and driving change, which has been one of our core values from day one.”

Chief Marketing Officer Ally Delgado elaborated on what Merchology sees as the biggest industry change. “E-commerce has raised consumer expectations across the board with price, quality, speed, and service. We want to reset the bar in the B2B space as well. It should be just as easy, fast, and painless to place an order of customized gifts and apparel for your company – so that’s what we’re setting out to do. We make ordering gear for your company a breeze.”

“Our customers love the products we bring to market combined with the highest quality decoration and best-in-class customer service.
