How to Customize Timbuk2 Backpacks
We’re here at Merchology to make your Timbuk2 backpack customization as simple and smooth as possible! To show you just how easy the process is, we customized our own Merchology-branded backpack! Below, we’ll walk you through the bag personalization process your gift recipients will complete when they receive the order link from Timbuk2.
Your team members will receive a link that prompts them to fill in their email address. Then, they’ll receive an invitation to create their Timbuk2 backpack! Your recipients will click the invitation link to begin the bag customization process. If you’re allowing your recipients to choose from multiple bag options, this is where they’ll select the product they want.
1. Select Your Custom Timbuk2 Bag
- After selecting their desired Timbuk2 bag, recipients will arrive at the customization page. Here, they can get a 360 view of their bag.
2. Choose Colors and Fabrics for Your Personalized Backpack
Now that you have a feel for your bag, it’s time to customize! It’s an extremely user-friendly process: all your recipients have to do is select the color and fabric type of each surface. Below are the different areas they can customize on the Custom Tuck Backpack:
- For each area selection, your recipients can choose their fabric types and colors. Fabric types include Eco-Cordura Canvas, Rain-Resist, and Tailored.
- Note: The fabric types and colors you can choose differ for each area of the bag. Additionally, not every color is available for each fabric type.
3. Check Out
When your bag is perfectly customized to your liking, it’s time to check out! Click “Add to cart” at the bottom-right side of the screen.
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout.”
- The purchase code will already be applied to each recipient’s cart, as it is attached to the invitation link your recipients used. Here, they simply click “Secure Checkout.”
4. Add Your Shipping Information
On the checkout page, your recipients will enter their names, email addresses, and addresses. That’s right, their branded backpacks can be shipped right to their doorsteps!
- After delivery information is verified, they’ll continue to payment. If you’ve paid for their bags, a note will appear to let them know.
- Your recipients will then receive confirmation of their order!
5. Get Ready to Receive Your Fully Personalized Backpack!
And that’s it! Your employees, customers, and business partners will receive their personalized Timbuk2 Backpacks in the mail!
