What to Know About Before Checking Out

Product Confirmation

  • Please double-check and confirm all items in cart for accuracy. After the order is placed, all replacements, cancellations, or refunds cannot be made if the cart matches the invoice of decorated items received.

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping fee's will incur for any orders under $5,000 within the U.S
  • Any orders over $5,000 within the continental U.S will have FREE flat-rate ground shipping.
  • 3 Day Free Shipping is only applicable for Zusa 3 Day Orders.
  • If a shipping address is entered outside of the US, additional duties and taxes will be charged by the country of import upon arrival.

    • Choose a MerchPerks item from the level that matches your order total and this gift will then be automatically discounted in your cart at the time of purchase.
    • Make sure to add your free gift to your order prior to checkout.
    • This gift will typically ship out at the same time as your order and will be delivered blank.

    Tips on Viewing Your Cart If You Have a Cart ID

    • To use the cart ID go to Your Shopping Cart you can enter the ID and the order will populate for you to proceed with checkout.
    • If you currently have items in your cart, select the "Clear Cart" button below checkout before loading the new cart ID.

    • If the cart ID is invalid, please check for spaces before or after the cart ID.
    • Your Cart ID will expire 14 days from creation.
    • This cart does not allow for alterations so if any edits need to be made, please let your rep know!
    • Please be aware that inventory changes by the hour, your items are currently in stock but waiting longer could alter your order.
    • If everything looks correct, proceed with checkout and you will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.
    • Should you enter a shipping location outside of the US, duties, taxes & other fees may apply upon arrival at customs.

    Merchology Order Cancellation Policy

    Please know, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours to be eligible for a full refund. All order cancellations outside of the 48-hour window will incur a 20% restocking fee. An order may not be cancelled once it is in production.
