When to Choose PV+ Patches

Outdoor Events or Uniform Needs: PV+ patches are waterproof and durable enough to withstand weather exposure and wear and tear, whether you add them to jackets, vests, hats, or bags.

Glow-in-the-Dark Designs: PV+ patches are available in glow-in-the-dark color options, perfect for black-light events or extra night visibility for employees who work outdoors.

Strict Brand Color Guidelines: Pantone color matching is available for PV+ patches! Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital proofs and physical samples. We match each logo to the best of our ability and can make adjustments based on your feedback.

PV+ Patches Aren't a Good Fit For:

Logos with Many Different Colors: PV+ patches have a limit of 4 color selections. Metallic and neon colors are also not available.

Heat or Pressure Sensitive Materials: PV+ patches are heat pressed using precise temperatures to ensure durability and a professional finish. They're not a good fit for silks, some nylons, wools, or other heat-sensitive fabrics.

Large Logos or Designs: PV+ patches have set size restrictions. The minimum size is .5" x .5" and the maximum size is 4" x 4".

Logos with Floating Elements: PV+ patches are printed as one combined piece, meaning all floating elements must have a uniform background that supports every letter or element.
