Custom Sublimated Patches

Sublimated Patches

If you're looking for vibrant, high-resolution patch designs, check out custom sublimated patches! This custom patch option allows you to choose photorealistic, full-color, complex designs with sharp detail.

Sublimated patches are digitally printed using dye sublimation, which applies the design to the fabric of the patch. The dye transfer process uses heat to embed the design deeply into the material of the patch rather than simply printing on the surface.

When to Choose Sublimated Patches

Colorful designs and logos: Sublimated patches do not have a maximum color limit! 100% color matching is guaranteed.

Designs with gradients: Dye sublimation allows for the seamless printing of blended colors and gradients.

Custom hats and bags: Sublimated patches work well for heavy-duty, thicker materials.

Sublimated Patches Aren't a Good Fit For:

Synthetic Materials: Sublimated patches cannot be applied to synthetic materials (plastics, nylon, or polyester) or synthetic hats.

Oil-Finished Fabrics: Sublimated patches are not recommended for fabrics with oil finishes like silicone, Teflon, outdoor goods, or weather-treated materials

Heat-Sensitive Materials: Sublimated patches are not recommended for use on heat-sensitive materials, such as certain silks, leather, wool, fleece, etc.
