Flexbroidery patches are heat-applied designs that look like embroidered patches but offer unique capabilities and benefits! While the texture of embroidery is achieved with Flexbroidery patches, no thread is used in the creation of these appliques.

Since Flexbroidery patches don't use thread, you can choose unlimited colors for your logo or design! Flexbroidery patches are built to last, perfect for team uniforms, reusable event gear, work or athletic bags, hats for outdoor events, and much more.

When to Choose Flexbroidery Patches

Logos & Designs with Floating Elements: Flexbroidery patches are ideal for patch-like logos with floating elements, as Flexbroidery patches don't use thread and don't need to connect all elements to prevent threads from coming loose.

Detailed Designs: Flexbroidery patches work well for colorful logos and designs with small, fine details, making them stand out with eye-catching texture without losing the integrity of your design.

Non-Heat-Sensitive Fabrics: Flexbroidey patches are best for clothing, hats, and bags.

Flexbroidery Patches Aren't a Good Fit For:

Strict Brand Colors: 100% color match is NOT guaranteed. PMS color matching is not available for Flexbroidery patches. All colors are converted to RGB, which may result in slight shifts from the original file. We’ll match colors as closely as possible and can adjust based on feedback.

Too Many Floating Elements: Floating elements sometimes don't withstand wash and wear as well as more grounded elements of a design.

Larger Logos or Designs: Flexbroidery patches have set size limits. The minimum size is .5" x .5", and the maximum size is 3.75" x 4".

Thin or Heat-Sensitive Fabrics: Flexbroidery patches are not recommended for application on heat-sensitive materials like some nylons, silk, some plastics, leather, wool, or fleece. Weather-treated materials are also not recommended as the chemicals applied to the fabric can prevent the patch from adhering.
