Internal Merchandising Request Form - MerchStore Exception

Submit this exception form ONLY if you've received your sales manager's approval.

• If a product has a minimum order quantity requirement, a member of the product team will email your customer the MOQ details. If the order submitted does not reach the MOQ, the order will go on hold and a member of the product team will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
• Requests containing up to four items will be processed within 1 business day.
• Requests containing more than four items will be processed within 3-5 business days.
