- Attend Merchology events! Celebrating and spending time with your teammates is the best way to get to know the people around you. Merchology hosts multiple team events each year to bring everyone together.
- Volunteer! We provide regular company-sponsored volunteer opportunities that MerchFam members can sign up for. Additionally, we encourage our team members to pursue volunteer opportunities outside of work hours, providing 40 hours of paid volunteer time off!
