See puff print decoration in action below. Puff print applies decoration to fabric by using heat and special ink that expands as it cures.

When to Choose Puff Print
Cotton and Cotton/Poly Blends: Puff print is best suited to apparel made from cotton and cotton blends. Shop cotton sweatshirts, polos, T-shirts, and quarter zips.
Large Logos: Puff print allows for logos up to 10" wide!
Premium Look and Feel: Puff print gives an elevated, high-end look to your custom apparel that goes beyond standard custom printing for merch.
Puff Print Isn't a Good Fit For:
Synthetic Materials: Puff print requires heat to apply the decoration to your garment, so heat-sensitive materials are not a good fit.
Logos and Designs with Fine Details: Puff print works best for large, blocky designs and lettering.
Multicolor Logos: Puff print is limited to one color per design.
Industrial Washes: Puff print requires gentle care. Machine wash cold and line dry or lay flat to dry. Handle puff print gently to maintain the integrity of the design.

Is Puff Print Right For Me?
You like the idea of a 3D design, but what is the difference between Puff Print and Puff Embroidery? Puff printing uses heat and special ink that expands as it cures on your garment. This is what gives the garment the three dimensional look that regular screen printing can't achieve. Puff Embroidery uses padding underneath the stitching to give your logo that extra pop.
Puff Printing can only be applied to 100% cotton or high cotton/poly fabric, so it is most ideal for custom T-shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets. If you're looking for customized hats or products that use synthetic materials, Puff Embroidery is right for you.
Puff Print and Embroidery are each limited to one color and are best for simple, blocky, or thick logos or writing. If this doesn't sound right for you, check out our other Custom Decoration Methods.
