Merchology's own Ally Delgado, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, recently sat on a panel of speakers with the US Chamber of Commerce to discuss growing sales and attracting new customers. Ally spoke about the change in consumer behavior due to the pandemic, as customers are now going directly online to find the products they are looking for.
Ally was chosen due to her accumulated success in leading Merchology's marketing team, creating and launching the eco-friendly apparel brand Zusa, and many other accomplishments. Throughout the pandemic, Ally pivoted quickly, adapted to the changing consumer climate and motivated her team through it all.
