DE& I Presentations at Merchology
One way the DE&I Committee educates our team is through engaging presentations! The team has provided teaching topics like Black History Month and LGBTQIA+ awareness!
DE&I Events and Celebrations at Merchology
The DE& I Committee sends out important information to educate the team about diverse religious holidays, international holidays, and culturally significant dates so the MerchFam can grow in our awareness and understanding! The Merchology DE&I Committee also works closely with our social team to plan fun inclusive events and cultural celebrations!
